What you need to know!

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept most Credit & Debit Cards for all online orders. You can register one or more cards that you can use for your future purchase under the "My Wallet" tab in the My Account section.

What is your return policy?

Return Policy
Seeing as the product on this site is so cheap, we are not currently offering any refunds. 

Item Has Not Arrived
Please give up to 60 days before contacting us in regards to a missing item, some of the items do come from retailers in China and takes extra time for customs. Be patient, your items will get there! IF they do not show up, we will gladly offer you a full refund on the item(s)

Damaged Products 

In the unfortunate event that you receive any damaged items in your parcel, please contact us via our "Contact Us" page with your order number and a description of the problem. Please also provide a photo of the problem if possible.

If the parcel you receive is damaged please document that as well so that we can be reimbursed by the carrier. We will look into the matter and see if it can be resolved and a replacement can be sent out.

How to become a partner and sell on this website?

Head on over to the "Contact Us' section at the bottom of our home page and send us a brief message. Let us know what you want to sell and why you would be a good fit to sell on this platform. We are open to anyone and everyone so don't be shy, the world needs more of what you got!

Shipping Questions 101

1. Can you ship outside of Canada or the United States?
- No, we can only ship to residents inside Canada or USA. We are working hard to make international shipping possible and hope to have this in the upcoming weeks.

2. How long before I get my items?
- We promise you will have your items in under 60 Days. If you do not receive your order in under 60 days, we will offer you a free gift with your next purchase. If you do not receive your order after 90 days, you will receive a full refund. Most parcels arrive in under 2 weeks but depending on the item, things may be delayed. We will keep you updated via email on your packages arrival date. Thank you for being patient, we know you are eager to get your new gear!

3. Can we pay for expedited shipping?
- Yes, send us a message via our "Contact Us" section on our homepage and we will look into express shipping. These option will be expensive and most of the time not worth it. However, we are happy to discuss them with you!

Rip N Ship

1. We will be sending everyone's cards out mid week once per week.

2. International shipping is at the buyer/winners expense (cost changes depending on location) Please contact us to speak further on international shipping. Generally $12 to $15 for US. 

3. Feel free to "Stack" giveaway cards with us and we can send out your cards whenever it is worth it for you to pay the shipping. Another option is to make a purchase (Rip N Ship Only) and we will include them with it for free. 

4. We ship HITS ONLY unless asked personally or if the cards are considered "Vintage" (2016 & Earlier) 

Can you find and sell this specific item from a social media ad?

Yes, Absolutely! We will work non-stop to find that random item you found and offer it within our store. There are too many scams these days and we want you to be comfortable ordering online and knowing it will arrive. Send us a message via our "Contact Us" section on our homepage with a link to the item you want us to sell. You can also tag us in the comment sections on social media and we will make sure we look!

Pickup in Person? No Problem! (Used Stuff Only)

We are pleased to offer a used product store for all those random hand-me-downs you never knew you wanted. Our pickup location is in Whistler, BC. We will contact you by email after you place your order with all pickup details. In some cases, delivery may be possible!

Do you offer gift cards?

We do not offer gift cards as of right now however, we are looking into this for the future!

Sales Tax

All tax's + shipping costs are included in the price you see. We have no hidden costs or extra fee's! One Price Only!

Product Availability

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock/over sold when your order is placed, we will attempt to contact you and have you remove the item from your order. We will offer refunds to anyone in who did purchase and not able to receive due to availability.
